a.21) Why does my account status say ‘Closed Position Only’
There are two reasons why an account will be placed in ‘Closed Position Only’:
- Traders have reached their Daily Max Loss during the day and are unable to execute trades for the remainder of the day, until the next trading day.
- Sometimes a traders Total PnL will reach the Daily Max Loss momentarily which will change the account status to “Closed Position Only”. If the Open PnL brings your Total PnL under the Daily Max Loss, your account should be enabled automatically. If after a few minutes your account has not been enabled, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
