Obtain the TeamViewer credentials from the trader and log on to their computer. Then verify the computers software settings and check if they have atleast 8gb of RAM and 64-bit. Next, check the Task Manager as verify if the computer is being used more than normal. Mostly likely the case but if not then check the internet connection.
