Trader2B is a Financial Technology Firm that funds traders once they’ve proven themselves in real-time simulation trading. trader2B (t2B) provides a training platform and funded accounts to traders who desire to professionally day trade the equities market. Our traders work remotely from around the world in our online community of professionals.

Duties :

  • Trading support – helps traders via online chat, phone, or email support related to platform setup and training.
  • Review a trader’s KPI and create an individualized trading plan for each trader.
  • Resolve standard system management issues including subscriber setup and communication.
  • Provide feedback to Product Development to consistently improve client technology experience for reoccurring and long-term issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and support skills
  • Customer service background and good phone manner
  • Experience and knowledge of the financial market
  • Good IT skills
  • Multitasking
