Simulated trading:

• Is designed with the benefit of hindsight and controlled execution

As a result:

• Performance in simulation does not guarantee future success in live trading
• Results may differ significantly when trading real capital

3. Transition to Live Trading

If you qualify for a funded account:

• You may be provided access to trade with capital from trader2B or affiliated partners
• Live trading introduces real financial risk, including the possibility of losses exceeding expectations
• Market conditions in live environments differ materially from simulations.

You must fully understand and accept these risks before engaging in live trading.

10. Risk Management and Account Intervention

Trader2B maintains automated and manual risk monitoring systems designed to oversee trading activity and manage exposure.

The user acknowledges and agrees that Trader2B may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, take any action it deems necessary where it identifies actual or potential risk, including but not limited to:

• Closing or liquidating any open positions (in whole or in part)
• Rejecting, cancelling, or modifying orders
• Imposing trading restrictions or limitations
• Suspending, disabling, or terminating access to any account

Such actions may be taken in response to, including but not limited to:

• Breach of trading rules or platform policies
• Abnormal, excessive, or high-risk trading activity
• System integrity concerns
• Exposure to potential or realized losses

All such determinations shall be made by Trader2B in its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and binding.

Trader2B shall bear no liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, lost profits, or missed opportunities arising directly or indirectly from any such intervention.
