No. There is no activation fee required simply because you passed the FREE ToroChallenge®.
You also do not need to purchase a paid challenge in order to move forward.
After you pass all ToroChallenge® requirements, your account must still complete:
- KYC / identity verification
- Account review
- Final approval for a live funded account
What about professional market data?
Professional market data is separate from any trader2B activation fee.
Under U.S. exchange market-data rules, funded traders may be classified as Professional Subscribers. Because of this, the exchanges may require professional market-data registration and applicable professional data fees.
This is an exchange requirement, not a trader2B fee or rule.
Professional real-time market data is optional from trader2B’s perspective. Some funded traders choose not to subscribe because they already have another permitted source of real-time market data.
However, trading a live $100,000 account without reliable real-time market data can be difficult, so most traders will want access to a dedicated real-time feed.
In many cases, trader2B may initially cover the professional market-data cost and deduct the applicable amount from the trader’s future payout, rather than requiring an upfront payment.
Any market-data requirements and applicable costs will be clearly explained before the live funded account is activated.
