How to Submit a Ticket?

If you are unable to find any answer to your questions in the Help Center, you can submit a ticket to our Support Team.

  1. Go to Dashboard and login into your account
  2. Select “Submit a Ticket” on the left-hand side.
  3. Fill out the information (Name, Email, Department)
  4. Put a Subject and the description of your question/concern.
  5. Click Submit
  6. Wait for 24-48hrs to get a response from our Support Team.
