What Could Cause a Trader to Be Denied a Live Funded Account After Passing the Challenge?

Passing the Toro100 Challenge does not guarantee approval for a Live Funded Account. All traders must pass the final review and meet the program’s eligibility and compliance requirements.

A trader may be denied a Live Funded Account for the following reasons:

  • Duplicate accounts: Creating or using multiple unauthorized Free Challenge accounts.
  • Identity verification issues: Providing false, inconsistent, or invalid personal information or documents.
  • Compliance restrictions: Failing sanctions screening or being ineligible due to legal or residency restrictions.
  • Trading rule violations: Engaging in prohibited trading practices, manipulating trade counts, exceeding Buying Power, or trading restricted securities.
  • Poor position management: Repeatedly leaving positions open and relying on automatic liquidation instead of closing them independently.
  • Market data requirements: Failing to complete required exchange registration, subscriber agreements, or applicable fee arrangements.
  • Broker or execution-partner approval: Not receiving the required approval from the relevant partners.
  • Account availability: Live Funded Accounts may be subject to availability.
  • Funded agreement: Failing to accept the separate Live Funded Trader Agreement.

Important: Meeting the profit target and other challenge objectives does not guarantee funding. All accounts are subject to final review and approval.
