If your chart is not opening properly or market data appears slow or frozen, please try:
- Refreshing your browser
- Using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
- Checking your internet connection
- Closing unnecessary browser tabs or applications
- Clearing your browser cache
- Logging out and logging back in
If you prefer a more stable and dedicated real-time market data connection, an optional market data upgrade may be available through the Data Feed icon in the bottom-right corner of WebTrader.
