Customer Success Representative

Location: Montreal – Remote
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service driven Customer Experience Agent to be a part of our Customer Experience team! The team will play an irreplaceable role in the success of our new business working on the front lines with our subscribers . Your day to day responsibilities will consist of communicating with our subscribers on multiple platforms such as email, chat & phone.


  • Respond to subscribers inquiries on all channels
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with our subscribers
  • Document all inquiries in CRM
  • Develop and maintain the website FAQs and training materials
  • Manage time effectively; meet personal and department goals
  • Consult on customer success – guide customers on how to successfully leverage our tools based on their unique needs


  • Stock market knowledge and day trading experience is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles for technology companies
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS/Cloud product company an advantage
  • Punctuality and reliability throughout employment
