My Buying power is set to $1 or it’s diffrent than my orginal Buy Power
Once the account reaches the max drawdown or has expired the system lowers the Buying Power to $1, or $25, or $50, or $100, or $150… till the account will be reset or renewed.
Can t2B extend my subscription? If so, how does it work?
Unfortunately because of the third party market data vendor, we cannot extend your subscription.
Do I need to pay for market data subscription for my demo account?
For the demo account, you do not need to pay for market data. All that needs to be done is sign the market data agreement provided to you in the email along with login credentials, you can have a free 14-day trial account.
If I start a new subscription or renew, will I be able to trade the same day?
Yes, once you purchase a new or renew your subscription, you’ll be able to trade after your account has been created and updated on the same day.
Do I need new login credentials if I downgrade or upgrade my subscription
No, you can use the same credentials as before. if you renew, downgrade or upgrade your subscription, you will be using the same credentials and the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
What happens if I renew my subscription after it has expired?
If the subscription is not activated 15 days after the renewal date, the system will zero out the balance.
