The time on my orders shows different but is executed in real-time
Please adjust your time to US-CAN EST. You can also Synch your clock to Windows time. Go to your pc settings, Date & Time, then click on Sync now.
When flatting, it says “Insufficient Buying Power or Account Balance” mean?
That means you have open orders in the order blotter window, so you will need to cancel all the open orders to continue trading.
My account status say ‘Closed Position Only’
When a trader reaches his daily Max Loss during the day, his account will be in Close/Cancel Only mode and he will be unable to send orders or execute trades for the remainder of the day, until the next trading day.

How long does it take for my trades and statistics to reflect on the dashboard?
The trades and statistics will officially reflect on the dashboard shortly after market close. Usually is around 4:30 PM- 5PM EST.
Why is there no information reflected on dashboard
To mitigate the situation, please follow the steps provided. – Close the dashboard tab– Clear the Cache & Cookies of your browser– Open and log in to your dashboard If still cannot proceed– Use other browsers to check and log-in If none of the above didn’t work, please email [email protected]
